He noticed it again when Peter started coming to the lab after school, whispering equations and theories to himself until the older man told him to speak up. Tony first noticed it when he recruited the teen in his living room, making the kid stumble over his unending stream of words. Mainly, Tony knew Peter Parker never stopped talking. He knew he liked pineapple on pizza but hated when people added sun dried tomatoes. He knew he liked to walk on the side of the sidewalk closest to the street when walking with anyone. He knew he liked to get a sandwich before patrolling after school. He knew the kid liked chemistry more than math classes but enjoyed physics problems more than balancing chemical equations. Tony knew a thing or two about Peter Parker. ![]()
